Amazon Outage: did you survive the 2 hours?

Earlier today on Tuesday October 20th 2025, I found out Amazon Web Services had a global blackout on most of the internet.

This didn’t affect me because this website runs on a WordPress Server provided by Bluehost and my mom’s website At the Cottage Photography uses Pixieset so she was also unaffected. A great opportunity to get your website online with Tartan Tech Canada.

Tip: It doesn’t matter who hosts your site even if its self-hosted outages can happen and Bluehost is awesome
